Riyadh Air has celebrated the graduation of its first cohort of Saudi female aircraft maintenance engineers, with 26 women completing a specialised diploma programme in Riyadh.احتفل طيران الرياض بتخريج أول دفعة من مهندسات صيانة الطائرات السعوديات، بعد إتمام 26 سعودية برنامج دبلوم متخصص في مجال صيانة الطائرات بالعاصمة الرياض.
The graduation ceremony, held at the airline’s headquarters on August 31, brought together the graduates, their families and senior executives to mark the achievement.وأقيم حفل التخرج في مقر الشركة يوم 31 أغسطس، بحضور الخريجات وعائلاتهن وعدد من كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين، احتفاءً بهذا الإنجاز.
Launched in partnership with Colleges of Excellence and the International Aviation Technical College at Riyadh, the programme was designed to prepare Saudi women for careers in aircraft maintenance while providing training aligned with international industry standards.وأُطلق البرنامج بالتعاون مع كليات التميز والكلية التقنية الدولية لعلوم الطيران بالرياض، بهدف تأهيل الكفاءات السعودية للعمل في مجال صيانة الطائرات، من خلال تدريب يستند إلى المعايير الدولية المعتمدة في القطاع.
The initiative comes as Saudi Arabia continues to expand its aviation infrastructure and develop a skilled national workforce. The graduates are expected to contribute to the Kingdom’s growing aircraft maintenance ecosystem and support the sector’s long-term development.ويأتي هذا الإنجاز بالتزامن مع توسع قطاع الطيران في المملكة وتطوير بنيته التحتية وتعزيز الكفاءات الوطنية المتخصصة. ومن المتوقع أن تسهم الخريجات في دعم منظومة صيانة الطائرات المتنامية وتعزيز مستقبل قطاع الطيران السعودي.
